FEES:
FEES for 2025 have been increased across the board due to additional fees levied by the City of Toronto. Fees include full uniform (hat, jersey, pants for U10 and higher divisions), pictures, medals and trophies, bun feed day and shared equipment such as bats and catching gear.

EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORMS:
Players will be provided with a jersey, hat and pants (U10 and higher divisions only). U6 and U8 wear their own pants (no shorts or leggings with skin exposed).
Bats and catching gear are provided. Players may not use their own bats. All players are required to have their own glove and CSA approved batting helmet with a cage.We are recommending that infield players wear softball or baseball face masks. This is not a manditory requirement for this season, but may become a requirement next season. Jerseys must be tucked in, socks must cover ankles to pants and hats must be worn. Cleats are optional (running shoes are acceptable). More information can be found in the rule books on our House League Resources page. |

PROOF of AGE:
Entering a false birthdate invalidates the registration for the season. You will be asked to provide proof of age to your coach at your first practice/game. Players are only permitted to register for their appropriate birth year. If you have a concern about division placement, please contact registrar@tophampark.com

REFUND POLICY:
Before Feb 28: full refund less $15 administrative fee
Feb 28 to March 29: 50% refund No refunds after March 29 Refunds will only be given with an emailed request to registrar@tophampark.com. Please ensure you receive a confirmation that your refund request has been received |
PLAYER REQUEST POLICY:
We do not accept player requests however we do consider co-coaching requests.
Volunteer coaches will have their player placed on their team. Siblings in the same division will be placed on the same team unless they request otherwise. |
VOLUNTEERING:
Topham Park is a 100% volunteer run organization. You will be asked to volunteer when you register your player.
Volunteer roles include: coach, groundskeeping, umpire, scorekeeping, snack bar, barbecue, bun feed, convenor, and executive Join the Topham Park Team and have a BALL!! |
