The Softball Ontario CANPitch Clinic consists of six hours of pitching instruction. The focus of these clinics is to provide key drills that reinforce the proper mechanics and fundamental skills for pitchers at all levels. Intermediate pitchers will be introduced to targetting and increased speed. Our instructor is Elissa Sivel, one of the province's two female master pitching instructors and the pitching coach for the University of Ottawa women's softball team. She has competed in eight Senior Women's Tier 1 national championships as a pitcher.
The pitching clinics are open to all players currently who are in Mite division and higher (1998 - 2011). Players do not have to be registered with Topham Park to participate.
