Our spring training will consist of two hour skills clinics with a focus on fundamentals and repetitions to help our players get ready for the beginning of the season. For our youngest players and beginners, we will focus on fun activities aimed at taking the fear out of trying a new sport and providing a basic introduction to softball fundamentals.

For players who are more familiar with softball, we will provide a review of the proper mechanics of hitting and fielding and give players the opportunity to practice each skill through a series of drills. In addition, depending on the age group and skill of the participants various team concepts may be introduced such as cut-off plays, and tag outs.
